SWAC Men's Outdoor Track and Field Weekly Awards: Apr. 16

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- The Southwestern Athletic Conference has tabbed Bethune-Cookman’s Andrew Kiplagat, Prairie View A&M’s Detreyvon Goudeau and Texas Southern’s Braylon Carr for SWAC Men’s Outdoor Track and Field Weekly Awards. 
 
Co-Track

Kiplagat added another victory and another program record on the track, taking the men's 5,000 meters in 14:33.07 at the South Florida Invitational.
 
Co-Track/Newcomer
Goudeau ran a personal best of 46.04 at the 44 farms Invitational in his 400m season opener as he finished second overall at the meet.
 
Field
Carr's mark of 50-6.75 feet in the triple jump was an outdoor-best mark and the top mark in the SWAC as he placed third at the 44 Farms Invitational held at Texas A&M.
