BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Southwestern Athletic Conference’s women’s golf regular season has concluded with a strong group of standout performers leading the way during the 2025-26 season.
Southern’s Salma Ibrahim sits atop the conference individual standings, delivering a consistent and impressive campaign to claim the No. 1 spot among SWAC competitors.
Alabama State follows closely behind with a trio of golfers in the top four, as Carmen Fletcher, Kierra Williams, and Thayika Kittiyanaruewat all turned in strong performances to keep the Lady Hornets firmly in contention throughout the season.
Texas Southern’s Carmen Pate rounds out the top five, showcasing steady play throughout the season, while Jackson State’s Isabella Christy emerged as a key contributor with a sixth-place ranking.
Bethune-Cookman is also represented in the top 10 with Reese Wilson and Lathika Krishna securing spots among the conference’s elite performers. Texas Southern’s Shawnise Gregory continued to make an impact, placing eighth overall.
Prairie View A&M’s Kacey Menyoli rounds out the top 10, highlighting the depth across the conference as multiple programs placed golfers among the league’s best.
