BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- The Southwestern Athletic Conference has tabbed Alabama State’s Senna Van Den Heuvel and Flo De Sitter for SWAC Tennis Weekly Honors for their outstanding performances this past week.
Women's Player/Newcomer
Van Den Huevel captured a 6-3, 4-6, 6-2 win at No. 6 singles and teamed with Kesmat El Tawil for a win at No. 3 doubles against No. 5 West Alabama.
Men's Player/Newcomer
De Sitter posted a 6-4, 4-6, 7-6 win at No. 3 singles against West Alabama.
