JSU Set to Participate in Tuscaloosa Regional

JACKSON, Miss.- The 2025 NCAA Softball Tournament bracket was revealed Sunday evening, with the Jackson State Tigers earning their second straight postseason bid.
 
JSU is slated to participate in the Tuscaloosa Regional hosted by the University of Alabama. Jackson State will be joined this weekend at Rhoads Stadium by Alabama, Virginia Tech and Belmont.
 
NCAA Regional action at Rhoads Stadium begins Friday, May 16 at 2:30 p.m. CT with Belmont (40-14) facing Virginia Tech (41-11) before Alabama (37-21) and Jackson State (29-23) face off at 5:00 p.m. CT. Both games will be streamed live on ESPN+.
 
The winner of the Tuscaloosa Regional will match up against the winner of the Norman Regional, featuring No. 2 Oklahoma (45-7), Cal (35-19), Omaha (39-11) and Boston University (38-17).
