Florida A&M Headed to Gainesville for Third NCAA Tournament Appearance

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- Florida A&M Baseball battled in Atlanta to win their first SWAC Championship in program history to clinch an automatic bid into the 2023 NCAA Tournament and will head to Gainesville to play the Florida Gators.
 
This marks the third time in program history the Rattlers have made it to the NCAA Tournament, all three times under Coach Jamey Shouppe. The Rattlers aim to win their first NCAA Tournament game in program history after losing to the Florida Gators and Florida Atlantic Owls in 2015, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, and Coastal Carolina Chanticleers in 2019.
 
The Rattlers will open up against the Florida Gators on Friday, June 2nd, and play Texas Tech or UCONN following the Gators.
