Championship Information
The 2018 Southwestern Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships will be held on Monday, October 22 in Clinton, Miss., at the Choctaw Running Trails.
The top men's and women's teams are crowned league champion, while the top 10 individuals in each race are named All-Conference. The winners of the men's and women's races will earn SWAC Runner of the Year honors.
Jackson State narrowly defeated Prairie View A&M to capture the 2017 men's title, while the Mississippi Valley State Devilettes halted Alabama State's stranglehold on the women's crown, besting the Lady Hornets and the rest of the field to win the 2017 championship.
