Thomas joined the Southwestern Athletic Conference in August 2026 as a Championships Intern. In her role, she assists with conference operations, championship planning and execution, event logistics, game-day operations and various administrative initiatives.
Thomas earned a bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a minor in Sports Management from Grambling State University in May 2026. Prior to attending Grambling State, she studied Sports and Fitness Management at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and Psychology at Western Carolina University.
A former collegiate track and field student-athlete, Thomas competed during her time at Western Carolina, UAH and Grambling State. Her background in collegiate athletics has provided her with firsthand experience in the student-athlete environment while strengthening her skills in leadership, communication, teamwork and time management.
Thomas also brings experience in social media, content creation, marketing and event operations. She previously served as a social media intern with Hville Blast and has worked as a content creator and brand ambassador, developing digital content and supporting social media engagement and marketing initiatives.
