Civic/Social/Greek organizations $250

VENDOR SPACE:     One 10' x 10' booth (MUST bring own tables, tent, etc.) Two Vendor Passes

One Parking Pass

Booth assignments will be made on a first come, first assigned basis.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL VENDOR SPACES WILL BE LOCATED INSIDE NRG STADIUM; POWER IS AVAILABLE BUT LIMITED; VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SET UP AND CLEAN UP OF SPACE.  NO DOLLIES AVAILABLE.

The 2016 Toyota SWAC Football Championship and Post-game Concert will be held at NRG Stadium in Houston, TX on December 3, 2016.

To sell SWAC member institution apparel and merchandise, vendor must be an official SWAC licensed vendor through Strategic Marketing Affiliates. For more licensing information, please visit www.smawork.com .

NOTE: Only Official SWAC licensed vendors will be allowed to sell SWAC Member Institution merchandise. Any violation of this provision will result in confiscation of merchandise. ALL ITEMS SOLD MUST GO THROUGH SWAC AND SMG/NRG APPROVAL PROCESS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Vendor pass must be worn at all times. Fees for vendor spaces must be paid in full (cashier’s check/money order or Visa/MasterCard accepted) and must be received with this application on or before November 21, 2016.

Vendor space is limited and available on a first come, first assigned basis. Please be advised that application to be a vendor does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants will be notified of their status within five (5) business days after the date of receipt of application.
