BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – As the countdown to the Inaugural Birmingham Football Classic continues, the Southwestern Athletic Conference would like to provide more information ahead of kickoff for the fans attending.

- General Admission on Gameday will be available with tickets priced at $32 with gates opening at Noon.
- Tailgating spots are available for sale, priced at $100 per day.
- Parking will be available on the day of, priced at $20 via cash or card.
- Zero Quarter Bands will begin a hour before Kickoff.

Tailgating Space Sales
- Tailgating spaces are currently on sale on a first-come, first served basis and will remain available until sold out.
- Tailgating spaces are $100.00 per day, plus applicable administrative fees and sales tax.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase by credit card.
- If spaces remain available, tailgating passes may be purchased on-site beginning:
- Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 8:00 AM - both credit card and cash payments will be accepted.
Tailgating Guidelines
Lots F, L, and upper M are designated for RV parking only.
- Lots K, lower M, and N are designated for tent tailgating only.
- Each tailgating space measures approximately 20'x40'.
- Each space may accommodate:
- one (1) vehicle and one (1) RV, or
- two (2) vehicles and (1) 10'x10' tent.
- All tents and RVs must remain completely within the boundaries of the assigned space.
- Vehicles must remain in their assigned tailgating space throughout the event.
- Tailgating permits must be clearly always displayed and affixed to the driver’s side windshield.
- Vehicles without a properly displayed permit are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
- Re-entry into the tailgating lot is only permitted with the appropriate parking credential. There will be no exceptions.
- Tailgating credentials are color-coded as follows:
- Gold: RV Parking
- Light Blue: Tent Tailgating
- For the safety of all guests, generator exhaust risers are required for all gas-or diesel-powered generators, RV’s, and trailers. This policy will be strictly enforced for any equipment producing exhaust fumes that could pose a health or safety risk.

The Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) is considered one of the premier HBCU conferences in the country and currently ranks among the elite in the nation in terms of HBCU alumni playing with professional sports teams.
Current championship competition offered by the league includes competition for men in Baseball, Basketball, Cross Country, Football, Golf, Indoor Track and Field, Outdoor Track and Field and Tennis.
