BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Southwestern Athletic Conference has announced schedule and broadcast platform changes for two upcoming football contests due to the potential for adverse weather conditions in the Alabama area on Saturday, October 10.
The Florida A&M at Alabama State contest, originally scheduled for Saturday, October 10, has been moved to Friday, October 9, with kickoff slated for 11:00 a.m. CST. The game will be broadcast live on SWAC TV.
As part of the broadcast schedule adjustments, the Southern at Prairie View A&M contest will now be broadcast live on HBCU GO. That game will remain scheduled for Saturday, October 10, with kickoff set for 3:00 p.m. CT.
The updated schedule is as follows:
Friday, October 9
Florida A&M at Alabama State – 11:00 a.m. CST – SWAC TV
Saturday, October 10
Southern at Prairie View A&M – 3:00 p.m. CST – HBCU GO
The Conference Office will continue to monitor weather conditions and will provide additional updates should further schedule adjustments become necessary.
