Final Results
BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- The Alabama State Lady Hornets claimed the 2025 SWAC Women’s Golf Championship finishing round three in thrilling fashion.
The Hornets' win on Wednesday also marked back-to-back titles for ASU. Led by Lucia Ibanez Parada the Lady Hornets shot a final round 320 (+32) to finish twenty strokes ahead of second place Southern.
Bethune-Cookman and Prairie View A&M finished the event in third and fourth place respectively.
Individually Southern’s Salma Ibrahim claimed Low Medalist and Freshman Low Medalist honors. Southern head coach Bobby Pope and Alabama State head coach Quincy Heard were named Co-Coach of the Year.
