BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- The Southwestern Athletic Conference has tabbed Grambling State’s C'zavian Teasett and Josh McCormick, Bethune-Cookman's Jaylen Lewis, Florida A&M’s Daniel Porto and Jamal Hailey along with Alabama State’s Andrew Body and Jalil Lenore for SWAC Football Weekly Awards.
Co-Offensive
Teasett threw for 232 yards and two touchdowns on 16-of-26 passing. He also ran for 31 yards and a TD on eight carries in the victory.
Co-Offensive
Body led the way for the Hornets completing 19-of-24 passes for 304 yards and five touchdowns, while also adding a rushing score to pace an Alabama State offense that rolled up 616 total yards.
Co-Defensive
Lewis finished the day with four total tackles, none bigger than a pair of sacks for 21 total yards lost.

Lenore registered four tackles, 1.5 sacks for 13 yards, and forced a fumble during Alabama State's 56-13 win over Alabama A&M.

Porto turned in a impressive 3-for-3 performance on field goal attempts, providing steady scoring and momentum at key moments during Florida A&M's win over Southern.
Co-Specialist
McCormick stepped into a clutch situation a connected on a 44-yard game-winning field goal to help secure Grambling State's 26-24 win over Jackson State.
Newcomer
Hailey rushed the ball 19 times for 157 yards as his performance was highlighted by three touchdowns and a 56-yard breakaway run.
