Start time for SWAC Men's Basketball Championship changed

HOUSTON – The start time for the 2017 Southwestern Athletic Conference Men’s Tournament Final has been changed.
The finals, which will pit No. 1 seed Texas Southern (23-11, 16-2 SWAC) against No. 2 Alcorn State (18-13, 13-5 SWAC) will tip off
at 5:16 p.m.The game will be shown live on ESPNU.
The Tigers are NCAA tournament-bound regardless of today’s result, as the Braves were deemed ineligible for postseason play due to NCAA academic performance requirements.
The NCAA tournament selection show will be broadcast on March 12 at 4:30 p.m. (CST). NCAA.com will stream the event live.
