About Championship

The 2014 Southwestern Athletic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships will take place Friday, April 25 – Sunday, April 27 at Tad Gormley Stadium in New Orleans, LA.

Tad Gormley Stadium played host to the 1992 US Olympic Track and Field Trials for the 1992 Summer Olympics.

Last season, the tigers of Grambling State captured its fifth consecutive title and eigth in the last nine years. The Lady Hornets of Alabama State claimed their fourth title in a row.
