JACKSON, Miss. - Alabama State University's eliminated Jackson State from the 2013 SWAC Volleyball Tournament semifinal round on Sunday at T.B. Ellis Gymnasium.

ASU (24-15) advanced to the final round winning the match with set score of 24-26, 25-20, 25-23 and 25-17.

Tiara Kelley spearheaded the Lady Hornets with 14 kills and Rachel posted10 kills to couple eight digs. Brooke Beasley tacked on 27 assists and five digs while Ellyn Jones trailed with 15 assists. Luiza Griz dished out nine assists for the Lady Hornets.

Jenna Siddiqui led JSU (11-21) with a double-double, 34 assists and 10 digs. Paige Williams, Kennede Banks and Mikayla Rolle each registered a double-digit figure in kills. Rolle posted 13, Banks contributed 11 and Williams had 10.

Brina Hopkins and Jasmine Knight each gathered seven digs a piece for the Lady Tigers.
