About the Championship
The 2012 Southwestern Athletic Conference Cross Country
Championships will be held on Monday, October 29, in Clinton, Miss. at
the Choctaw Running Trails.
The
top men's and women's teams are crowned league champion, while the top
10 individuals in each race are named all-conference.
The
Grambling State men and Alabama State women were crowned the 2011 SWAC
Cross Country Champions. GSU won their third overall title and ASU won
its sixth title in the last 10 years.
Admission is free to the public.
