  • Marques Haynes was a legendary basketball player at Langston University, where he showcased extraordinary ball-handling skills and helped his team achieve a remarkable record of 112-3, including a 59-game winning streak.
  • After college, Haynes gained international fame with the Harlem Globetrotters and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1998.
