  • Willie “Satellite” Totten was a record-setting quarterback at Mississippi Valley State University in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC), where he earned four consecutive First-Team All-SWAC selections and set more than 50 NCAA Division I-AA passing records while leading the Delta Devils to one of the most explosive offenses in college football history.
  • His mastery of the “Satellite Express” offense alongside receiver Jerry Rice made Totten one of the most legendary QBs in HBCU history.
  • In recognition of his extraordinary collegiate achievements and enduring impact on SWAC football, Totten was inducted into the SWAC Hall of Fame in 2000.
