  • Miller played his college football at University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (often abbreviated UAPB).
  • He was inducted into UAPB’s Athletics Hall of Fame (Class of “2003” according to UAPB site) as a football student-athlete.

  • Miller went on to play in the National Football League (NFL), primarily as a running back.
  • According to Pro Football Reference, his NFL career totals include:
    • 593 rushing attempts for 2,492 yards (average ~4.2 yards per carry) and 16 rushing touchdowns.
    • 140 receptions for 1,175 yards and 1 receiving touchdown.  
  • He played for the Kansas City Chiefs, the Cleveland Browns, and later in the USFL with the Michigan Panthers.
