ARLINGTON, Texas-The final matches of day two of the 2024 SWAC Women’s Bowling Tournament ended with No. 2 seed Alabama State claiming a 2-1 win over No. 1 seed Southern. 

Southern moves on to face Jackson State in the semifinals round of the tournament at 9:00 am CST on Sunday, March 23.

With the win the Hornets advance to the championship match at 3:00 pm CST on Sunday, March 23 (ESPN+) where they will face the winner of the Southern versus Jackson State semifinals matchup.
