SWAC Bowling Weekly Honors: Oct. 17

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- The Southwestern Athletic Conference has tabbed Alabama State’s Savanna Razor and Payton Hartgrove for SWAC Bowling Weekly Honors for their outstanding performances during this past week of competition.
 
Bowler
Razor earned the honor after being named MVP at the season-opening Colonial Lanes Classic hosted by Tulane this weekend as Alabama State finished eighth heading into bracket play. She led all bowlers in the tournament with an average of 224.0.

Newcomer
Hartgrove finished seventh in the tournament. She finished with a 217.00 average in her first collegiate tournament, collecting 1,085 pins over the weekend.
